Your home, remade from the inside out

Whole Home Remodeling

We take on complete interior overhauls in Meridian and across the Treasure Valley, updating layout, finishes, and systems under one coordinated contract. When a room-by-room approach is not enough, we rebuild the whole thing right.

What We Do

How We Approach Every Remodel

We work directly with you from the first walk-through to final punch list to remodel a home that functions the way your household actually needs it to. Every decision starts with your existing structure, your layout goals, and your priorities, not a generic renovation checklist.

One contract. Every room. No gaps between trades.

A whole home remodel done right means the hallway matches the kitchen, and the kitchen matches the bathrooms. Every finish, every system, and every trade coordinated by one team with one standard applied across the entire home.

01

Coordinated Multi-Trade Execution

We schedule and supervise every trade on your project, including demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, cabinet installation, tile, and paint, so nothing falls through the handoff between contractors.

02

Layout Reconfiguration When Needed

Whole home projects often mean walls move. We assess structural feasibility, coordinate load-bearing changes with a licensed engineer, and handle the permit submissions required by the authority that has jurisdiction over your address before any demo begins.

03

Systems Upgrades Built In

Whole home work is the right time to address aging electrical panels, outdated plumbing supply lines, and undersized HVAC. We build system upgrades into the scope so the finish work goes in over infrastructure that will last.

What a whole home remodel with us includes

No two homes are the same. Below is a representative view of what we typically manage from contract through final walk. Scope shifts based on home age, layout complexity, and how deep the remodel reaches into systems and structure.

01

Demo & Prep

Systematic demolition of selected finishes, structural assessment, and full debris disposal before any new work begins. We document existing conditions thoroughly, and if demo uncovers concealed conditions, we bring them to you with a clear path forward before the schedule or scope is affected.

02

Floor Plan Changes

Wall removals, doorway relocations, and room reconfiguration are managed with engineered plans from a licensed engineer and full permitting through the building department with jurisdiction over your address before any demo work begins.

03

Electrical Updates

Panel upgrades, outlet placement, lighting circuit additions, and code compliance work tied directly to the remodel scope. All electrical work is permitted, inspected, and completed by licensed tradespeople we manage and stand behind.

04

Plumbing Relocation

Supply and drain line rerouting to support new kitchen, bath, or laundry locations within the remodeled layout. We coordinate plumbing rough-in with framing and cabinet installation so the sequence stays tight.

Areas We Serve for Whole Home Remodeling

Where We Remodel Homes in the Treasure Valley

We serve Meridian and the surrounding Treasure Valley communities, including Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Kuna, and Middleton, across both Ada and Canyon counties. If your home is in the Treasure Valley, we can remodel it.

WHAT WE REMODEL

Why a Registered General Contractor Makes All the Difference

A whole home remodel involves more moving parts than most homeowners anticipate. A licensed general contractor coordinates every trade, holds the permit, and is accountable for the finished result. Without that, gaps between contractors become your problem to manage.

How we take your home from concept to keys

Most remodels feel chaotic. Ours do not. We built a four-phase process that keeps your project on schedule, your decisions organized, and your home moving forward from day one.

01

Discovery Walk

We walk every room with you, document existing conditions, identify structural concerns, and build a complete scope list before any contract is signed.

02

Design & Selections

We develop the layout plan and guide you through material selections so every room feels like it belongs to the same home when finished.

03

Permit & Schedule

We pull required permits with the authority that has jurisdiction over your address, then build a sequenced construction schedule that keeps your project moving forward.

04

Build & Punch

We manage the job site daily, run every trade through completion, and conduct a formal punch-list walkthrough before we consider the project closed.

Why True North

01

Years of General Contracting in Idaho

Managing a whole home remodel requires sequencing dozens of decisions and trades correctly. More than 30 years of residential construction and design-build in the Treasure Valley means decades of experience help us anticipate sequencing conflicts, concealed conditions and coordination issues before they disrupt the project.

02

True General Contracting, Not Subcontracting

We hold the license and the schedule. We do not hand your project off to a network of subs who have never worked together. Our team manages the build from demo to final walk, as one coordinated operation.

03

One Point of Contact Throughout

Whole home projects can take months. We assign a dedicated project lead who knows your home, your decisions, and your priorities from the first site walk to the last coat of paint.

04

Meridian Permit Knowledge

Ada County and the City of Meridian have specific requirements for whole home remodel permits. We know what the inspectors look for and how to keep your project moving through the inspection sequence without delays.

Walk us through your home. We will tell you what is possible.

Whole home remodels begin with a thorough on-site evaluation. We assess your existing conditions, talk through your goals, and put together a scope that reflects what your home actually needs. We work with a limited number of remodel clients at a time to make sure every project gets the attention it deserves.
