Owner Michael Jerome brings more than 30 years of residential construction, remodeling, and architectural design experience to every project. His background includes residential construction, landscape construction and management, architectural design, and hands-on project coordination, providing clients with practical insight throughout every phase of the building process. Rather than managing projects from a distance, Michael works directly with homeowners to understand their vision, establish realistic budgets, coordinate design and material selections, navigate permitting requirements, and oversee construction with consistent attention to detail.
True North Custom Homes & Remodeling was founded with the goal of creating a more transparent and accountable approach to residential construction. We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on so every client receives personalized service, responsive communication, and dedicated project oversight. Our comprehensive design-build process includes organized preconstruction planning, detailed budgeting, and a client portal that keeps homeowners informed through schedules, approvals, project documentation, and ongoing communication.
